This archive contains the Settlement Agreements between the DOE and DoD and the UP, BNSF, NS, and CSX railroads.  For each Settlement Agreement, the Federal Register notice announcing the Settlement Agreement, the Surface Transportation Board (STB) decision that approves the Settlement Agreement, and the Settlement Agreement are provided.

These documents are contained in two STB dockets, NOR 38302S and 38376S.
