Twenty years after the last conference in Japan, which was held in Tokai-mura as the 7th ICNC, Japanese criticality safety community has the privilege of hosting ICNC again. ICNC has been held every 4 years under the support of the Nuclear Energy Agency of OECD and provided a great opportunity for the communication among researchers, engineers, plant operators, students and regulators related to criticality safety.
