<p>Take the Metro to the L’Enfant Plaza Metro Station and come out the L’Enfant Plaza Exit (not 7th street or Maryland Ave). Stay underground and go through the underground mall. Go past a Starbucks and a Moe’s restaurant and some other restaurants. Go right down the main underground mall corridor and follow the signs to 955 L’Enfant Plaza. Take the elevator to the 6th floor. ANL’s offices are co-located with INL’s office.</p>
